For Emma's birthday we booked a hotel room at the Sheraton in Downtown Raleigh as a surprise.  She was so excited and we had a great night.  I guess it was sort of a staycation :)  Of course we hit up Starbucks the next morning.

November was a great month!  The weather was gorgeous, the leaves were beautiful and the turkey was plentiful!
