My Baby is 2 :)

Today (specifically 4:30 a.m.) Emma turned 2. I thought it would be hard to wake up this morning knowing I had a 2 year old...but you know what--it's pretty awesome to have a 2 year old! Her birthday this year was so fun because she actually got it--you know--she got excited about presents, cards and cupcakes! SO FUN!

Our day started out with a new Dora doll waiting for Emma when she woke up. Emma LOVES Dora...and especially this doll. Today was a work day for me, so Emma spent the day over at her Mooma's house. Boy was she spoiled over there! She got a Dora tent, a blow up saxaphone and a new dolly! She had a fun-filled day over there and was brought home to daddy at 4:30 p.m. at which time she was asleep (no nap today--too busy). Well, my munchkin spent her birthday evening sleeping! She slept until 7:00 p.m. (bed time being 8)--woke up to eat a cupcake, take a bath and play with her Dora and then was asleep by 9:20 p.m. I would say that was the perfect day for my munch!
