3 generations

So while Aunt B was in town we decided to all get together. Here are three generations in my family.

I love these people. My sisters are so awesome and there is an added measure of awesomeness since we all have kids now....all you sisters out there with kids know exactly what I mean!

18 month appointment

...Oh, and Emma did have her 18 month check up last week. She looks great! She only got one shot which she handled like a champ. She weighs exactly the same as she did at one year...which I expected with her starting to walk, etc. So everything is good. We discussed potty training and discipline. Our pedi gave some great tips. Next time we go back will be when Emma is 2! WOW!

S~L~A~C~K~I~N~G

...yep, I have been slacking in the blogging department. I have used this excuse before...but boy...I have a one and a half year old to keep up with!

Lets see....my life in a nut shell right now:

~BSF has ended for the summer so I get my Saturday mornings and Monday evening back...MUST find a Bible study for the summer! Any suggestions?
~Emma is one HECK of a sweet baby girl!
~Tim is working away and is a wonderful hubbie...as always!
~Bryn and Noah have been here for a few weeks. I have been spoiled having my little sis here from Japan...but, she and Noah leave tomorrow :(
~Jess is doing great with three kids. Miss Lorelei is ADORABLE!
~My office is moving next week. FUN!
~Emma LOVES swimming in our pool in the backyard. She has a tan too.
~Pictures....yes, I need to post pictures...starting with what...Easter or something like that! Whew!
~I want to knock down the wall between our kitchen and living room....

Ok....our life in a nut shell. I tell you what, it is a blessed life. God is so good and faithful.

....a year and a half, really?

This little girl has stolen my heart and won't give it back...but that is okay. She is so fun, amazing, funny, sweet, loving, smart, etc...the list could go on and on. I can't believe it has only been a year and a half that she has been in our lives...I feel like it has been forever. Nobody could have prepared me for how fun and rewarding parenthood is. God has given us this little girl and I am going to cherish every second of every moment I have with her. She is everything I am (besides God and my Husband, of course).

We go in this Friday for her 18 month check up...I will post her stats when we get back.

ABC's

I know I promised my top 10 photos from the cruise...but I just had to post this! And actually, going through my pictures last night, I have a top 23...not 10 ;)

Here is Emma saying her ABC's with Daddy's prompting. Even with a 102 fever she is still willing to play along. What a sweet girl!

A taste of what's to come...

...just to wet your whistle! I will be posting my Top 10 most favorite pictures from our vacation tonight (if my sick baby will let me). SO fun! But for now...enjoy these few pictures :)

A Whirlwind Week

boy oh boy...did we have a whirlwind week! First a 4 day cruise to the Bahamas. We stopped at Freeport and Nassau then a couple days at Aunt Sheri's which included Downtown Disney, a cookout with family and Animal Kingdom. We got home on Sunday and today (Monday) Emma came down with a 102 fever! Figures after cruise ships and airplane rides! I just pray it goes away by the morning (It is 5:41 p.m. right now and she is sleeping!!! bed time is 8:00). Poor baby :( BUT...she did great the whole week! She was a trooper. Maybe the week just caught up with her.

I took over 1000 photos....I need to pick my favorites (there are a ton!). That post will come.
